Refund policy

Faulty or damaged goods 

We ensure that all of our items are in new condition before they are sent. However, should you believe that you have received damaged items please contact roamingfolk@hotmail.com within 2 days of receiving the goods. We reserve the right to refuse items that are not in their original state.

Please note that our items are hand made with love and care and although our team endeavour to make each item exactly the same, some may differ slightly from the original image. The term 'faulty or damaged' does not include slight variations in the crotchet stitching or colour. When you purchase from Roaming Folk you consent to having read and agreed to this information. 

If a return is advised, a tracking number will be required for the return. You will either be issued an exchange or refund and Roaming Folk reserves the right to decide remuneration on a case by case basis. If issued a refund, you will be issued your refund via the same payment method you originally made payment with, minus the shipping costs.

 

Change of mind

Roaming Folk offer returns for change of mind upon case by case basis. Please be aware that the products must not have been used in any circumstances and must be in their original state when returned. Refusal of a refund or replacement will occur if the product is returned used or damaged. All shipping return costs are covered by the customer. By purchasing our products you consent to this clause.
